Bonet Seal Ring

Bonet Seal Rings are very special rings in Pressure Valves It plays an prominent role in the performance of the equipments. To manufacture such rings , it requires special care, experience and proper technical knowledge. Its performance depends upon the quality of inputs ,( such as quality of raw materials etc.,) using for manufacturing.

Following are the some of the Properties we will be considering while manufacturing the above said Rings.

Density of the ring : 2.00 to 2.20 gms / cc.
Reinforcement : we are using special SS wire Mesh specially made for such type of rings. By using this it increases the strength / capacity and durability of the ring.
We are giving 800 ton plus pressure while moulding the rings for properly bind the ring and give the good finish for the ring.. The actual weight of the mould is 20 tons.
SS Cover : To give the proper protection we are giving SS cover in the taper side of the ring.
Because of proper technique and process the Pressure holding capacity of our rings are high compare to others.
